-Package tracking: You will receive an email once the package is available at the collection point. To track your order, go to the order tracking tab and enter the necessary information.
You can then collect it within 7 business days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
Colissimo home delivery:

Reminder: this type of delivery is free for purchases over 150 euros.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You have the option to return items if they are not as described. However, certain conditions apply:
- Submit your return request independently from your customer account. This request must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order to your home or collection point. - Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with their original tags.
- Items will be returned at the customer's expense for a flat fee of €5 via the delivery and return method, using the label that will be available when your return is generated via your customer account.
- If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in the returned product being considered non-compliant with our return policy and will not be refunded.
